ABOUT
KIDS KICK:
Beginning
in the 80s some new, revolutionary martial
arts tournaments began to emerge in the mainstream. The
U.F.C., Pride, King Of The Ring, Shooto and the N.F.C.
became a proving ground for martial artists and their
particular styles. The three disciplines that consistently
win in these reality based events are Brazilian Jiu-jitsu,
Boxing and Kickboxing (Muay Thai and North American Kickboxing).
One common connection between these is the way they train.
Most martial arts programs are based on theory, whereas
these three systems use one on one sparring to learn how
to use techniques at full speed and under pressure. Kids
Kick is a unique mix of kick-boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
to give children a competence in both stand up and ground
fighting. They will learn to defend themselves against
a much larger opponent in a self defense situation. They
will also be prepared for local competitions.

ABOUT
CHICKS KICK:
Throughout
history women have always been tested physically, emotionally
and mentally. The role of women in the last 50 years has
changed and sports are no longer a man's world. Women
have instinctive power and strength of heart under an
exterior of a shy and demure nature. Contact martial arts
will help you unlock this inherent potential and maybe
change your life!
You will lose weight and you will gain huge confidence!
This program is a mixture of aerobics designed to increase
kickboxing specific coordination and improve the cardiovascular
system and a full body conditioning and stamina workout.
Kickboxing and boxing teach you footwork, head movement,
punches and kicks. You will learn first how not to get
hit, and then how to counter punch and kick.

ABOUT
YOGA:
 Anyone
who has done a Yoga class would agree that there is an
addictive quality to the immediate feeling of well being.
Yoga clears the mind, the respiratory system and detoxifies
the muscular system. One gains flexibility and muscle
strength without the high impact, stress and injuries
of most workout programs. Yoga on it's own or in one of
our comprehensive mixed "Shape up" programs
render undeniable health and body shaping results.

in the Full Contact kick-boxing classes and the Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu classes as well as 16 hours per month of mixed,
Pancration style sparring with instruction for fighters
who want to prepare for the NFC and eventually the Octagon.

ABOUT
FULL CONTACT KICKBOXING:
 Do
you want to learn how to punch the air, or do you want
to actually learn how to fight? In this program the theory
that you will be learning will be immediately put to the
test at full speed. With sparring the student learns how
to react under pressure and use their techniques correctly.
Boxing is sometimes referred to as the "Sweet science"
and for good reason. As you study with us you will learn
how there is a defense for every offense and vise versa.
The science of boxing, an ever evolving sport, is applied
to Muay Thai and North American kickboxing to create a
very skilled stand up fighter.
This is a co-ed, full contact program for people who are
serious about learning how to fight stand up. The Characteristic
speed of boxing is combined with the devastating weaponry
of Muay Thai to make you a dangerous kickboxer. We train
competitors for boxing, kickboxing and Pancration, amateur
and professional fights.

ABOUT BJJ:
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a highly effective grappling
system that addresses the problems and realities common
in a fight scenario that ends up on the ground. The ground
fighting curriculum utilizes various strikes,
joint locks, chokes, positions and escapes to give the student
the most up to date and reality tested tools to add to their
personal arsenal and ultimately give them every advantage
possible.
Using
the various leverage and submission techniques a smaller
student can subdue and defeat an opponent that may be larger,
stronger or even faster than them. Training is done with
and without the use of a Gi to maximize the training benefit
and simulate a reality based ground fighting situation.
